The dress created by Janet Hansen “consists of a striped red corset, worn over a ruffled bra, with a full-circle gathered skirt with black organza overlay“. But that’s not all. There are red light spots sparkling from the bra and from the dress, consisting of more than 300 light emitting diodes (LEDs).
