Selling Virginity Online
There are a lot of auctions going on in those days where young ladies, most of then well educated, claim to sell something they call “her virginity“. Whatever they might sell in all those auctions, it is not virginity – it is selling sex, and the prices are low.
But there must be a second kind of “Virgins“ – their corporal virginity may exist or not – I don´t care and they don‘t care either. Their main goal is to get a lot of attention – for example by this guy, who claims to be a “concerned citizen and businessperson“. His main concern seems to be that he does not know her by her real name – but why should he? He asks “her“ five questions, but if you read it carefully, he asks those questions himself.
So, who ever Ms. Natalie Dylan is, she does something that is really good for her – and that is becoming popular. I do not believe that her first intension was to get publicity – maybe it was a joke or something. But after being in the Howard Stern show, I mean– why should she stop the campaign to sell her flower to the highest bidder?
I think all those conservatives, churchgoers and even most bloggers do not understand, what she really does at the moment: become famous and make money out of it. They should know, that every sentence they write or speak (including this small blog) will do only on thing: Now, she will become famous, and really, now she can sell a story – any story. It is not even necessary to get her flower picked. It is just necessary to sell the story.
Using the Bunny Ranch, which is a brothel, for her defloration will bring memories to those who saw “pretty baby“, but Ms. Dylan is not a “baby girl“. She is 22, and she can do whatever she likes to do – and she can even refuse to sleep with a bidder, which she probably will. So at the moment, it is not about prostitutes, brothels or virginity – it is just a girl doing an excellent marketing for herself and her story.
