Germany: This Week in Dating
Well – it was a busy week for me – first of all: what kind of business do pharmacists specialize in? Contraceptives? Condoms? Probably just stored and sell regular medicine?
No – they seem to be dating experts – at least those who publish a magazine called “Apotheken-Umschau“ in Germany. So they found out (by a poll) that only 1.3 (one-point-three) percent of those questioned met their spouse in the web. Well, the youngest one they asked was 14 years of age – rather sure that she or he did not meet her/his spouse in the web – but how old was the oldest? We don´t know. There ist just the figure – 1.3 – and separated in this way, the figure sure was “poor“.
I hate to say that what comes out of polls are just figures – nothing else. Look for the truth elsewhere, but not in statistical figures. One more? Well, there was ElitePartner, a German dating agency, who claimed that Germany ladies refuse to date sugar daddies – only five percent would like to meet them. Ok – I write about it later (in English), because this is really a funny thing.
The next thing of interest was adult dating – figures, figures, figures, for example: Members: 1. Not a good figure if you would like to get laid, don´t you? Well, adult dating is still interesting – and I´m quite sure I can tell our more about it next week. By the way – I ask myself how many of the girls on some adult dating sites are hookers, and how many aren´t – do you have any figures?
I almost forgot to tell you: Men´s Health tried to tell his German readers, how to date (and have sex) with a “women over 40“ – and I´m really pretty sure that the journalists there never tried it – and we remember well, that 50 Percent of the readers are between 20 and 39 years – so most of the men reading Men´s Health wouldn´t date a cougar anyway.
